Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Mirage Classics website or booking our classic car rental services. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Mirage Classics provides classic, vintage, and antique car rental services for weddings, special events, film and television productions, photo shoots, and corporate occasions. Our service area includes New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., and Maryland.
All vehicles are provided with a professional, uniformed chauffeur. Self-drive rental is not available. Mirage Classics reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen mechanical issues.
All reservations require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date as specified in your booking agreement.
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Mirage Classics.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may be subject to the full booking fee. Mirage Classics strongly recommends event insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
In the unlikely event that Mirage Classics must cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of all payments received.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all passengers behave in a respectful manner toward the vehicle and chauffeur. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Food and beverages are permitted only with prior written consent.
The client will be held financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear.
Mirage Classics carries full commercial auto insurance on all vehicles. Our liability is limited to the value of services contracted. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Mirage Classics is not responsible for any personal property left in the vehicle. Clients are advised to ensure their personal belongings are removed at the conclusion of the rental period.
All content on the Mirage Classics website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Mirage Classics and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
Mirage Classics reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
